For Quest to run smoothly, the device needs to reach the domains Quest uses. The quickest way to check is the Test Domain Access button at start.quest/check, which tells you whether anything is blocked. If access is blocked, share the results with your IT team so they can allow the required domains. This is the single most common cause of problems on the day, so getting your IT team to run the check in advance is well worth it.
